managers, nurse managers, and those responsible for medical records of all public
hospitals of Alborz University of Medical Sciences. The number of managers and

healthcare settings.
Conclusion
: If the infra
st
ructure required in hospitals is created
with the quality and safety care which leads to appropriate services, the patients will
be valued.
